Open to all! Weekly evening classes and weekend workshops rooted in self-care and wellness in an intimate space with local instructors. All classes are drop-in, unless otherwise stated.
All are welcome, and no experience is needed.
Curious about singing bowls? Acquaint yourself with the power of subtle vibration as you learn how to use these ancient instruments for meditation and mindfulness practice. We will practice different techniques and learn how to incorporate them into a meditation. We will also touch on the history, myths, and most common uses of this meditative healing tool. We will be working with metal sound bowls. We will provide you with bowls to practice with. Our bowl numbers are limited, so bring your own sound bowl if you've got one, metal or crystal.
Join us on the last Monday of every month for a variety of mindfulness practices led by local teachers in the wellness space. Come learn something new while giving yourself a bit of self-care. All are welcome.

Meditation can be a path to self-awareness and compassion toward others, but it can also be a path to better overall health and well-being. Join Rev. Zahir Orest of the Northern Lotus Zen Community for group Zen Meditation practice. All are welcome, from complete beginners to seasoned meditators.

Hermit yoga is a gentle and meditative style with roots from Thailand. All are welcome, no previous yoga experience is needed. If you have trouble sitting on the floor, most seated exercises can be done from a chair. Learn more.

Learn simple and easy-on-your-body massage techniques that you can practice at home. A clothed partnered massage and stretching experience to empower you with skills to help treat common muscle aches and pains through giving and receiving a massage. No massage experience needed. We are your guide as you work your way around the body, dissolving tension, and relieving stress for your partner as well as yourself. All pairs are welcome, couples, family, and friends.
