All Community Mindfulness Nights are held on the last Monday of each month, are free to attend, and open to all.
No registration is needed; you can just show up.
Ayurveda is an ancient traditional medical system from India. We'll discuss the three Doshas and take a brief test to learn about ourselves through the lens of Ayurveda. You'll find natural ways to care for, balance, and maintain your general well-being based on your individual constitution. Instructor: Mel Eldridge

Bring a partner and let yourselves be guided through the giving and receiving of Thai massage with gentle stretching for relaxation.
We'll be working on comfy floor mats, and we have all the pillows, bolsters, and blankets you'll need. Wear comfortable workout or yoga clothing that you can move and stretch in, and bring some water. If you have trouble being on your knees or kneeling, this class may be challenging for you. This expressive, movement meditation style helps us relieve accumulated stress and tension in our bodies. We'll shake it all off and wind down with mindful breathwork, leaving us feeling light yet grounded and renewed.
