Compassion is your heart leading you toward mindful action.
Learn a time honored tradition for practicing compassion with your loved ones, helping them feel better in their body and relaxed in their mind.
Develop a deeper connection with yourself and your relations through Thai Bodywork.
You'll begin to empower yourself with the tools and confidence to provide this caring, compassionate form of ancient healing for those close to you.
Through giving and receiving simple Thai bodywork techniques, you'll learn to dissolve tension and stress for common muscle aches and pains in the comfort of your own peaceful space at home. No massage experience required, just an open mind and heart for embodied knowledge.
You'll discover how learning to receive is just as important as learning to give, if not more.
You'll begin to discover the subtle, non-verbal ways we communicate with the body's movement and stillness, through patience, feeling and listening.
You'll learn about the foundations of Thai bodywork through the history, theory and cultural aspects of Thai Traditional Medicine, and how love, compassion, equanimity and inclusion are at the very heart of it all.
When practiced mindfully, these techniques are easy on your mind and body, fun to do, and a meaningful way to deepen connections.
Our practice will take place on comfortable, cushioned floor mats.
We will provide mats, linens, blankets, and pillows.
